1 * SUP file (Subtitles)
I have maked a DVD with IFOEdit 0.95-96
and when i play it in a standalone player , the time will not count.
when jumping in chapters , i get freeze picture for 1 sec.
this i not happening when using other dvdmaking programs like ReelDVD or TMPENG DVD Author.
But i can not get subtitles in those programs.
Can anyone help me with this problem ?
Anyone who have a better program for making DVD.

Hmm, I'm not sure here, but I think you'll have to go with one of the more expensive programs if you want to include DTS... Like DVD Maestro or Scenarist...

Very few authoring programs allow you to use a seperate SUBTITLE file such as the SUP file you have.
Basically your best bet is to see if you can find DVD Maestro on-line somewhere. The program is no longer made but it does supports subtitles and you can often find it for cheap on eBay for instance.
Scenarist is just way too expensive not to mention a pain-in-the ass to use. DVD Maestro can be difficult but no where near as difficult as Scenarist.
