  1. I have just used DVD Shrink to compress DVD files which TMPGenc Author created from a mpg2 file. The original DVD files were 6Gb, so hence using DVD Shrink to compress them to under 4.3Gb. Anyway that went ok, but now I need to burn them with Nero.
So the dumb question is: which Video_ts file do I move over to the burning window in Nero. There are a Video_ts.ifo and Video_ts.bup file, each only about 6kb in size. Whichever file it is, is that the only file I transfer to the burning window?

Previously I have only ever used the inbuilt burning software from TMPGenc Author to burn my DVD's.

    Thanks

Move everything into the folder. I still do not know why your files are only 6kB in size though.

  3. Thanks, I did that and burned the DVD ok but it took a second attempt to get the DVD to play in my player.
I am not sure exactly what the problem was, except that the first attempt only produced a coaster, so the second time I used the inbuilt burning software from TMPGenc and it was a good DVD this time.

I don't think I'll use Nero again for burning Video DVD's
