I have several vcd's and I took the mpeg files that were split between the 2 disks and joined them....now I have several mpeg movies and I want to put them on 1 dvd+r or dvd+rw. (because I have recently bought a dvd writer). I guess I could join ALL the movies together and try something like that, or is that not a good idea? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can put VCD's on a DVD with just minor work. Check out the guides on VCD2DVDR .
