The video siez changes when you choose the autocrop feature

Hello,

I don't know if it's a normal behavior but it's a little bit annoying...
Explanation:

When you drag a .VOB on the ffmpegx icon and then you load a preset (filename.ffx), it works very well:



But after, when you choose the autocrop feature...



...it changes your video size and the bitrate



Is it normal?

Yes, it is normal. Autocrop does the following:

- set crop values
- set image size to cropped area size (max quality)
- set bitrate to best bitrate for that size (max quality)

The trick is to autocrop first, load preset after.
