I'm using Nero Vision Express 2 to burn my downloaded movies (avi/mpg).
On my computer the movies work fine - no sound/picture delay, but when viewing my burned DVD on my DVD-player I sometimes get a delay.
Sometimes sound and sometimes picture....
I've tried do burn the same file two or three times but same thing happens, but not at the same time. Sometimes it happen after a few seconds, and sometime later in the movie.
The problem often occure when I'm trying to burn one DVD based on two files - ex. 'Finding Nemo CD1.mpg' and 'Finding Nemo CD2.mpg' or 'Finding Nemo VCD1.avi' and Finding Nemo VCD2.avi'.
What is the problem? Is it the source-file, Nero or my hardware?
My hardware is a FS Scaleo 1.2 Ghz with 192 MB RAM (I should have 256, but XP tells me I've only got 192), onboard sound- and videocard...
Can anybody help me?

May this be the problem:
a. I'm burning (S)VCD directly to DVD with Nero and that's a problem since (S)VCD-audio uses 44.1 KHz and DVD uses 48 KHz...
b. I'm burning a PAL DVD, and if the source are NTSC there will also be a delay?
What I really need to do is to:
1. Convert (S)VCD to MPG with SVCD2DVDMPG.
2. Change framerate of the outcome mpg-file from NTSC to PAL using this guide: https://www.videohelp.com/forum/userguides/78178.php.
Is this correct?...000....000....
