OGM MOVIE PROBS

HI

just tried to convert a film in avi (ogm) format, downloaded the ogg direct stream, and the nimo codec pack and installed. But can't convert, load into main concept and the error shows no "video format", but has audio, tried in tmpge and after going through the wizard, starts to load and error dialogue box comes up "acm error", can anybody through some light on the problem.

Have u renamed the ogm to .avi? Then use decompressor.exe, which comes with avi2vcd bundle, to decompress audio?

Then enter the movie into ur fav encoder.

You can demux A/V with virtualdubmod which can handle OGMs, and u can also demux and subtitle streams... then insert those as sources for mainconcept or tmpgenc or whatever....
