I'm playing around with some different capture programs. With ULead VideoStudio 7, I get nice captures from my Canopus ADVC100. But it automatically splits files every 4GB. Any idea if that's an option somewhere I can control. I use NTFS, dont have the >4GB limit, so it's annoying that ULead does it for me.
I can use other capture tools and get one big file, so maybe I'll have to do that. But any clue about VS7?

Have you added any patches to it yet, and if so, which ones?
Hello. -
Good point, I should have thought of that. No, I haven't applied any patches. Their site lists a patch (Build Number: 7.01, Released Date: 2003/04/29) which fixes this problem. Any concerns applying this patch? I remember hearing some patch stories (good and bad). But I guess if I want my problem fixed I have to apply that.
