Is there something out there than can encode my MPEG (or other file types too) to MOV? Thanks.

I'm getting complications when using Adobe Premier 6 to encode MOV files; the first second of the audio is repeated twice and some videos are really slow. I used Sorenson 3 and QDesign2 (audio) as codecs.
