    I've converted many divx files to VCD and DVD, but now I'm stumped on one. I have a copy of Memento with these attributes (from GSpot):

    640x272
    25 fps
    DivX 3 Low-Motion
    MPEG-1 Layer 3

    The movie plays back fine in WMP, but I've yet to find a way to encode this and keep the audio in synch with the video. I've used VirtualDub and GoldWave to save as WAV and encoded it through TMPGEnc about a dozen times - no success. It's always out of synch. I want the final output to be MPEG2, but it can be PAL or NTSC.

  3. Why are you using those other programs(VD and goldwave)? Just feed the file to tmpgenc as-is
    Ejoc's CVD Page:
    DVDDecrypter -> DVD2AVI -> Vobsub -> AVISynth -> TMPGEnc -> VCDEasy

    DVD:
    DVDShrink -> RecordNow DX

    Capture:
    VirualDub -> AVISynth -> QuEnc -> ffmpeggui -> TMPGEnc DVD Author
