Signs DVD Backup - Really giving me a hard time!

I know its older movie, jeeze its from february of 03 but i just got it. I back up all my dvd's I buy because i tend to lend them out and ive learned to lend out the backup's

so, this one keeps saying Cant backup because of failure to decrypt Video Title Set 2

this is the VTS_02_xx.xx items. the rest work with no problems
but since they dont backup i cant run this through dvd2one or remaster

ive tried all my methods
clean disk
copy entire disk to hd (works) then backup
OSeX

but cant get this to work.

can anyone offer a suggestion, I just cant think of anything else to try.
perhaps you tried it on Signs DVD you own????

I had this problem with every movie until I did this:
open the movie in your apple dvd player and play every chapter for a couple seconds (so it reads the encryption code). Leave the player open. Open DVD BACKUP and drag the dvd to it. Highlite everything and rip. Hope I helped....One more thing turn off any other running programs.

I did Signs. I had no problems backing it up. I went straight down the line of the regular backup procedure.
