  1. Hello all,
I used Dazzle DVC to make MPEG-2 clips from my analogue camcorder. When I tried to cut it with TMPGEnc's MPEG Tools to fit it on CD-Rs as SVCDs, I see "Producing video stream" (but no "producing audio stream' as usual) then "multiplexing" and the resulting cut MPEG has no sound.
This behavior does not occur when cutting MPEGs made from ripping DVDs.
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks
    Kevin

  2. TMPGEnc can have problems cutting and mergeing mpeg2 files that were not encoded with TMPGEnc. You could try using bbmpeg to cut.

  3. bbMPEG works, but it's painfully slow. I suddenly remembered I have a copy of Movie Star, the editor that came with Dazzle DVC, which worked a bit faster.
    Thanks for your help.
