SVCD FF/RW, GOTO, menus -- no win?

Ok, let's see what we have here:

1) Nero's SCANDATA.DAT permits FF/RW but no GOTO probably the scan offsets are wrong. The remaining time is displayed incorrectly. But you get menus. I used v5.5.5.1

2) TSCV's permits FF/RW but again no GOTO -- same thing as above, but you get menus. I used v0.74.

3) VCDImagerEasy permits FF/RW and GOTO -- the times are displayed correctly, but no menus available. I used v1.0.1

Is there any way to win here? I keep seeing references to this Ulead plugin, but do we have to go and buy something else now?

well I do not now if the trail version will allow you to use the plug in or what the limitation is of the trail version, but a full version of ulead will set you back $500.

I-Author can do all those things you mentioned and make menu's as well. Its discontinued now but easily found on the internet if your feeling cheap.

Ulead DVD plug in allows you FF/RW but no goto. Can have menu, but ->| does not goto next chapter but the menu. It is not a good choice.
