I have 1 english audiofile that is in sync with the moviefile and a german audiofile that is out of sync.
I know the talking in the audiofiles is different, but if I can compare the background sounds of the audiofiles (like in equalizers) I could edit my german file so that it is exactly in sync with the english audiofile. ANd it should be in sync with the moviefile also afterwards.
Does anyone know a program which can do this?

You could have continued that in your other thread: https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=183207&highlight=
or edited your post to include an additional comment.
Part of the forum rules is to give your post a few days for responses, then add to it - rather than crossposting.
And it keeps it all in one place for you.
But good luck. There's no place like 127.0.0.1
