    Hey people, which is the fastest DVD to VCD/SVCD encoder I can get? I tired some of the suff around but most of it takes a long time to encode. Also which one has the best 'rookie' (easy to use) interface?

    DVD2SVCD has a new newbie friendly interface. It requires Cinemacraft Encoder (CCE) or TMPGEnc in order work. I believe CCE is faster if speed is of prime concern. Pick a guide and go.
