  1. I have finally found a media readable on my kenwood. It's the apple 2X
This media is very expensive. I have use DVDINFO to find the manufacturer => MXL RG01. My question is : "The quality of an genuine maxell will be the same as Apple or not ? What Apple do with the maxell media ?

The maxell is at min 1$ cheaper so...

My second question : I have burn the apple 2X @ 1X. It's better to burn at min speed or if the media is guaranted 2x, the result will be the same ?

    Thanks in advance !!!

On the Maxell you not likely get any better at 1x as compaired to 2x so burn away.

REAL maxell 2x media is just as good as apple, just be aware that the real Maxell media is NOT the stuff that was/is being sold online unbranded. Real maxell media is still usually apple priced or slightly lower depending on sales.

They come in a box that says Maxell, and the media itself is not just silvertopped and also says maxell on it. IF they say Maxell OEM as of right now they are speaking lies, its cheap media with maxells code stolen off of them.

  5. Thanks the maxell i've seen are in box with maxell on it and the media.
In Belgium (Europe), a maxell cost 2.5 € (€~=$) and the apple cost 3.63 €

So i will try to burn some maxell in 2x.

    Thanks
