Hello all. I searched the board and didn't see the same problem that I'm having.. I used to have the green screen problem when trying to view xvid files on my pc but thanks to this board that problem is fixed.![]()
My current problem arises when trying to convert the xvid to vcd. The encoding gets about 15 mins in and the video freezes.. The encoding continues until finished. When playing back the file, everything is great until the point where the video freezes. The file continues to play, with sound, but the video on the screen is stuck. I've tried encoding with both TMPGEnc AND MainConcept to no avail.. I've changed the DirectShow Multimedia File Reader priority to both 2 and 3 and that didn't work either.
I've had nothing but problems with xvid from the beginning and am frustrated that I can't get it to work. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
Thank you!
