I was converting a wmv file to mpeg and when i did the sound, it seemed to skip for a bit then play then skip. is there any way i could make the sound go smoothly. i was using tmpeng to convert. Also i was making vcd's and playing it on my dreamcast and the quality wasnt' very good. Does anyone know what a good setting for encoding vcd's to play on a dreamcast is????
