    I have move on original DVD without chapters (Mullholand DR)
    Can I make chapters on backup?

    that depends on how you back it up. if you use an authoring program, you should be able to insert chapters wherever you like.

    I use DVDXcopy or DVDshrink. Should I use something else?

    Take the files DVDShrink creates and use them in DVD-Lab.
