    I've got the following file to encode (I can use either Nero or TMPGEnc): 720 X 336 pixels with a frame rate of 12.50 frames/second. Is this a PAL or NTSC and if I use TMPGEnc what settings should I plug in? Thanks.

    It's neither, you're gonna have to do some playing. PAL is 352x288 @ 25fps, NTSC is 352x240 @ 30fps
