  1. the beginning and the middle of the whole movie is pretty clear but toward the end the pictures of the movie gets unclear and sometimes the pictures stuck 4 a second...why is that?

    Sounds like bad media. Try:
    • Same media, but lower the burn speed. I never burn (S)VCD faster than 4x, regardless of media max speed.

  3. i c....so whenever i wanna burn out a vcd(svcd) just put the speed to 4x so it will be more clearer?

    Yes, that's how I do it. Others may say that burn speed wont matter (and instinctively I'd agree) but my experience tells me that a (S)VCD burnt at low speed works better than the same movie burnt att max media/burner speed.

  5. Lowering your burn speed my not resolve the issue that the picture sticks for a second. Did you try playing the vcd or svcd on your computer to see if it happens there. It could be your player having trouble having trouble reading the outer edges of the disc. If the problem is still showing up I would look into the media also.

  6. Also clean your media and your drive. Sounds like the media might be flaky, but it could be how you are encoding it. record at lower speed yes, dont use labels!
