    i'm not sure if this is the right forum for this question..i hope it is.

    my question is simple, the answer is probably a bit more complex.. anyway here it goes

    i have a PAL DVD with menus and chapters and i'd like to send it to a friend in the USA so i need to send in NTSC DVD, how can i convert the full dvd? i mean the menu, the movies and keep the chapters and the intaction between the menus and the movies?

    No tool can convert everything to ntsc or pal. You must convert everything separate and reauthor the entire dvd.
