Hi all,
I recently backed up a few dvd's from my collection, basically these dvds were burned on DVDrw's and i purchased some DVD-r's.
I basically made an iso image by using DVD Decrypter and used the very same tool to burn to DVD'r but my burning speed only goes upto 1X even though i select max burning speed.
I have the DVR-104 which is capable of burning 2X max and my new DVD-R media is also 2X.
Why is my burning speed so slow?
All help is greatly appreciated.

1. Tried to set 2x instead of max speed?
2. Ever burned the same media at 2x?
3. Does DVDInfoPro say its a true 2x media?
4. Is your firmware the latest one?
5. Is your HDD defragmented? You stop me again whilst I'm walking and I'll cut your fv<king Jacob's off.
