  1. I'm trying to rip/burn the following: It's a movie called "Changi".
It's 2 dvd's. Each dvd is 8.1 gigs and each dvd has 3 episodes on it, for a total of 6 episodes.. I tried ripping entire DVD to my hard drive, then using dvd2one to compress entire 8.1 gig disc to 4.3 gig. Then burned it with Nero. I then tried playing it and got an error on my sony dvd player C13 or something like that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  2. Hello hlieboff59.

I don't know the exact cause of your problem,
but you might want to try DVD Shrink v3.0 beta 5.

Here are a few guides to familiarise yourself with it:

  3. I asked this question... and basically wound up figuring it out for myself. This is what I'm doing... and it works for me.

I rip all the files in file mode with DVDDecrypter.

    I encode with Instant Copy.

I burn with Instant Copy... or i convert the .pdi files to a .iso using pdi2iso and burn with DVDDecrypter.

For single layer DVDs I just use DVDDecrypter to rip and burn.

If there is a better way to do this and you are willing to explain it to me, please feel free

  4. UberNewb, how do you combine two DVDs with Instant Copy?

    UberNewb...

One way that is easier, is to burn the .PDI file directly with DVDDecrypter. There is no need to convert to an .ISO.
