I know that in order to burn a DVD w/ data files you need the Video_ts and audio_ts to be in all CAPS. But window 98 wont let you do it. I know there is some way to change that setting, can anyone tell me how?

It's been a while since I used W98, but I believe that you go to the control panel, folder options. I remember I needed to click a box that said somthing like 'Allow uppercase for folder names'.

It's not that it won't let you, it just won't display the name in all caps.
Start > Settings > Folder Options > View > Allow all uppercase names.
