I currently use an Aver TV Tuner card (with S-video input) to capture.
While I find the quality acceptable, I'm wondering if I should invest the $$$ required to go to the next level.
In your opinion, if I do plan on doing a lot of high quality capturing (from satellite and VHS conversion), should I purchase a dedicated device, and if so, which one?
What will offer me, a home user, the best bang for the buck.
Thanks!
