Darkens

Hey
I dont know why but when i play any type off file on my computer usig any type of player, everything is darkened, its like someone has reduced the brightness but when u go check in the settings it is on its settings. everything elss is normal, its just when i try to play any kind off video file.
what is the problem.
i even checked the monitor and display drivers and settings. eveything seems to be fine.

More info. I don't know what you mean.

If it just goes dark when you go to full screen, this is normal. Normal videos when viewed on a PC seem darker than they would on a TV. This is because monitors use more colours than TV, so something that was originally from TV, or VHS etc. will seem dark.
