I capture TV with Power VCR through Hauppage Win TV Theatre.
I have the quality at DVD PAL.
This MPEG 2 file is then burnt with Pinnacle Expressions but my Standalone player says "Dirty Disc" Can anyone shed some light on this.
Captured camcorder footage works fine..
