    Hello I have a Panasonic s35.
    I Always played my DVDs with success and also DVD I bought at store.
    Today When I tryed to turn it on, the stand-by LED flashes 1 time and nothing happens. The DVD reader does not turn on even if the stand-by LED is online. Could it be something related to country locking ?

    Unplug for 10min>plugin and try different disk,if that doesn't work the player is shot.
