Does anyone have any info on this card?

I've had one laying around for many years. I tried to install the Bt8xx WDM video aquisition driver but I'm not sure which one will work with the card. The generic one and the others I tried seemed to work on the first capture attempt but, after that, the PC would lockup whenever I tried to capture.

I'd just like to tinker around with it for sh!ts and giggles. :P
