DoCCE4U's development has been discontinued.
It's been replaced by BatchCCEWS, which may or may not work with DoItFast4U and ReAuthorist.
Apparently the author "No longer wants to be associated with DoItFast4U" -

If you use 1.0.1.5 as BJ_M suggests..which is the latest "DOCCE4U" version...keep an eye out for a bug I noticed where DOCCE4U will NOT import the first line of the DOCCE4U.txt. Whatever the first line of the docce4u.txt refers to..you'll have to add it manually. Apparently some others have noticed this bug and if you look at the new interface...
"BATCHCCEWS" you'll see that one of the corrections was fixing the first line bug in the DOCCE4U.txt.
BATCHCCEWS is "beta" too..and if you read the readme.txt the author can't even suggest a specifc CCE version..although they say 2.66 is probably the best. Not sure about this latest "BATCHCCEWS" version..but the one just released prior didn't support any version of CCE prior to 2.66. -
