I've seen ps2 games on the internet (kazaa, hotline, mirc, etc.) now i was wondering, is there any fool proof way to download the game, burn to dvdr and play on a non-modded ps2? if so what version ps2 does it have to be, and what type of media (i.e. +r or -r) and most importantly, if it is possible how do u do it (step by step plz). thanks in advance

No you can't play without the mod unless you use the knife trick, search the net for this & it depends on your version ps2. Besides, this isn't a dvd video question.

the only way to boot backups without a modchip is to use a gameshark or swap magic disc.. both of these act as boot disc.. you then need to find a way to insert your backup without the ps2 knowing you ejected the tray.. thsi can be done by using the knife/cog swap.. or an easier way, installing a fliptop lid..

discussing downloading ps2 games is against forum rules and you'll probably get warned for it.
