480 x 480 joining 2 mpeg files goes out of sync

I have 2 dvd files and the aspect ratio is

480 x 480

when i join the 2 files with tmpgenc

i then use svcd2dvd

and then i burn it to dvdr ,

but it goes out of sync all the time when i dl dvds that are 480x480


is there anyway i can sort this out??

Are the joined files in sync after joining with TMPGEnc but b4 svcd2dvd?

yes mate the files are in sync when joined

Well, obviously the problem is introduced by svcd2dvd, but I'm not familure with that program.

You can try using IFOEdit. It's free and can author 480X480 files to DVD, but no menus.

Or else try cutting a few frames (15 frames) from both source files where they're joined, that often helps me with sync problems.
