    I had to vote for TMPGEnc as I've never managed to get CCE working properly yet without problems

    for me it depends on what i'm doing..

    if i'm converting a dvd9 to dvd5, then its CCE all the way..

    if i'm converting a television show to vcd/svcd, then its tmpgenc..

    if i'm converting a 2 or 3 disc pal svcd telesync to dvd5, then its mainconcept mpeg encoder.. (i'm going to make a guide someday)
