  1. I just got a DVD burner (NEC 1300)...I have avi files that are 640 x 480...I want to resize them for burning on DVD...I know that the max res for NTCS on DVD is 720x480...since that is higher res than my source, should I resize them down? If so, what size (taking overscan into consideration)?

also I have some avi's that are 640x360, 640x344, 640x352...what's the general rule to calculate what size to change it to? I don't want the vids to be stretched or anything...

    thanks in advance
