i just authored a dvd of various films i put together - i wanted everything to fit onto one dvd, but the video quality to be high, so i encoded all my audio files to mpeg 2. after i authored it in dvdmaestro, i got warnings saying about a buffer underflow because my bitrates were too high at some points - although when i encoded i set maximum bitrate 9000. will the dvd play fine in dvd players if there are no pcm or ac3 audio files (only mpeg 2 audio) and possibly exceedingly high bitrates in some areas. my blank dvd's dont come in for a week and a half so i can't test it yet. thanks a lot.

Get yourself a copy of PowerDVD and test it. I always test everything before I burn, and PowerDVD is the best tool out there.
