write error occurres in tmpgenc. have all codecs.help plz.

ok, i have this video file. i checked it with g-spot and i have all nececary codecs installed. but when i go to convert it in TMPGEnc, it says "write error occurred at address 77fcb9b1 of module 'ntdll.dll' with 00000000" . what does this mean and how do i fix it. anyone, anyone, buler, buler.

actually, i got it figured out by figuring out a problem with another movie. i just had to go to the enviromental setting in tmpgenc and up the priority of the direct draw reader up to 2. this solved all of my problems with alot of my movies.hope this helps some other people reading this.
