  1. I have been trying to convert an SVCD set to DVD-r to learn the process. I am having no problems with the rip, with ISO Buster, or the MPEG conversion, with SVCD2DVDMPG. Working directory has the 2 original mpg's, the 2 .mpv video files, and the 2 .mpa audio files. I tried originally to author the DVD with SpruceUP. I could get video and audio on the first video clip but when it reached the end the second did not start. I then tried using MF2 with the guide. Now I have both video clips that will play like they should, but I have lost the audio. I know there is some little thing I am missing but I don't know what it is. I did try clicking the "Change audio" button, but that seemed like it was going to require a re-encode so I didn't do that, yet. PLus, it said the output would be over 5gig. Any pointers for this newb to this process??

Try TMPGEnc DVD Author, free 30 day trial, it's less than a 10meg download. It will accept your de-muxed video and audio files. Also now includes a burning program.

  3. Or try dvdlab when you want more options with make menu's.
