  1. I have a home made DVD produced by a friend, the sound had a lot of background noise so I extracted the audio and cleaned it up.

I copied the VIDEO_TS onto my computer
Ued DVD2AVI to extrac the AC3
Used Besweet to convert to WAV
Cleaned the noise up using a select of software
Used Beweet to create the AC3

The problem is agyer all this work I don't know how to get the audio muxed back into the VOB files.

  3. Can you tell me what you used to clean up the audio?

  4. Bad news is you have to reauthor it. Means you have to pull out the other assets too. Hope it doesn't have a bunch of complex menus.

Maybe you can find a way, but I don't know of one.

  5. No there is no menu or chapters.

I used COOL EDIT 2000 to clear out the noise.

  6. Demux the video out using vobedit, and re-author. Try IFOEdit (there is a guide). It's free but may create problems on some players.
