    I have my movie ripped, now I need to convert it to MPEG or ASF, which program should I use?

    Also afterwards I only need a certain scene, what utility can I use to pull that clip from the movie?

    I have Ulead Movie Factory 2, can that chop up the stream?

    Follow Sefys guide below until you get to the step with encoding with TMPGEnc. Once there, select DVD NTSC in the project wizard (1/5). Follow everything then on until project wizard 4/5 and just leave those settings alone. Stop at Chapter X Tractor.
