simple question, im not gonna state any specifics, but im new to this capturing business, i own a hauppage win tv video card, and i have a 64 mb video card built in to my system, i wanna start capturing music vids and stuff, i ve done these succesfully, but my quality is shit,...my question is wold a better video card produce better quality.......holla back

No.
I think you are meaning your capture card, not your graphics card. Anyway, there will not be a noticeable difference in capture card quality. (Especially with AVI, MPEG2 is another matter.)
