  1. I use the following programs;

    Nero5.5.9.0
    Tmpgenc
    Blaze media pro

    I have been downloading MPEG files and they are like 700+mb's.
    They seem to be in MPEG1 format but I cannot convert them to MPEG2 so i can burn them to a cdr. None of the programs above help. I have tried all kinds of different ways. I have read this website through and through and I guess i do not get it.

    Can someone run me through a quick VCD creation process????

    All my movies files are in MPEG1 format. 700mb's+ They are not AVI's
    Your help is greatly appreciated....

  3. Why would you want to convert them to mpeg2. VCD does not support mpeg2. The likelyhood is that if they are mpeg1 then they are already VCD compliant. Although this is not always the case.

    Here is a guide.

    Uh....if you want to burn a vcd, why do you want to convert to mpeg2..isnt that a dvd format? If your file is already in mpg1 format, jut pop the file into nero's vcd template and viola.
