    does anyone know of any ood mpeg2 to dvd encoders besides tmpgenc and mainconcept

    and does any one have any guide on canopus mainactor software for conversion

    well svcd mpeg is 480 by 480 in resolution which i want to convert to pal format

    so im looking for somethign that will help me do that
