after i convert the file with TMPGEnc it 100% vcd and ready
for burning or i need do to something alse to make the file
good for burning cos i wont to watch it on my dvd player.

It depends on your settings. If you loaded a VCD template, I am pretty sure, that the MPEG is more or less VCD compliant and you are readdy to burn.
