  1. 1. I burned a vcd with nero and it came out upside down!
    How can I fix it?

    2. Also looking for a avi2mpeg (or VCD) encoder.

    Thank you!

  2. The answer to both questions is TMPGEnc. Look it up in the 'Tools' section.

Do not encode an AVI file with Nero. To make a VCD, the safest options are:

    a) Encode AVI file to MPEG1 using TMPGEnc.
    b) Author with VCDEasy or TSCV and create a bin/cue (image) file.
    c) Test the bin/cue file with Daemon Tools and a software VCD player such as WinDVD or PowerDVD
    d) After being satisdied with the bin/cue, burn the bin/cue file with VCDEasy or Nero.

Follow the excellent guides by Sefy and Adam.
