    I need to find the best way to do this. I have a pal svcd mpg that I wish to convert to ntsc vcd mpg to burn. I have tried a few ways but cannot seem to get the audio right. Any help is appreciated.

    the audio is 25fps and when I play it on my standalone dvd player it does play but the audio is choppy. I used the mpeg2 to vcd guide. and tried it - without the pal to nsc conversion. I didnt think it would play at all... but the result was a choppy audio even though the sync was ok
