I have been trying to convert Xvid to DVD and had a load of probs, so it was sugested that i frame serv straight into TMPGEnc to avois making an extra AVI file so i tried it.But when i try and load the pointer file into TMP i get an error message that says Error when ACM was initialized can anyone help me out.And someone told me to try converting my Xvid to DVD with DVD2SVCD but i'm not sure how this is done, it seems like a pretty complicated procedure any tutorials you guys know of.Cheers

  2. Extract the audio to a decompressed WAV first. Then, use that as the audio source in VDub. Fameserve it like that and it works because it looks like you don't have the Lame ACM installed, or it's working wrong....which is perfectly fine!
