    This wont work.

    The Web Archive simply archives the page itself, not the downloads/links found on the page at that time. If you try to download the TMPGEnc version they list their it simply comes up with a "Page Not Found" message.

    Sorry, my apology. This is another link that you can download Tmpgenc Beta 12e. I have just tried and it works.

    That beta is painfully slow. On the order of about 1/2 the speed of some of the later versions...

    TMPGenc lic and rules do not permit posting of the older copys or a source other than thier authorized distro's //
