    I remember many years ago once I saw such a program (it was a DOS program) which was able to morf in-between frames.

    For example you have 100 frames which is about 3 seconds in 29.97fps but you want to make a 10s clip. So that program would "calculate" about 200 in-between frames.
    Can you recommend something like that ?

    there's Realviz ReTimer, I think that will do what you want.

    last I checked it was pretty spendy, though...
