On SVCD's I am getting jumping sound. Every so often the sound just drops out for a moment and the comes back. This can happen just once...or a load of times in a short period. Anyone else get this?
I think it maybe something to do with the authoring of my SVCD's. However, I would first like to determine if anyone else has troubles like this on this player?

The version of the firmware that is currently installed on my Marantz DV4100 is PHILIPS 9.28. I can’t return it back to the original PHILIPS 7.22 firmware, or something that show normal numbers/letters on the display and allow to use all the functions. Any help much appreciated.
