Two modes VIDEO PREVIEW and VIDEO OVERLAY settings.
Please help whats the difference for.CAPTURING VIDEO

Video preview is previewing the video. It would depend on the program as to the exact definition used by that software.
Video overlay is a function of your computer graphics card and it's ability and method to playback video.
As I am not a tech, my detailed definitions of these may be a bit off, so we'll just leave it at this brief I gave above. Hopefully a tech will be along soon...I'm not online anymore. Ask BALDRICK, LORDSMURF or SATSTORM for help. PM's are ignored.
