    Two modes VIDEO PREVIEW and VIDEO OVERLAY settings.
    Please help whats the difference for
    CAPTURING VIDEO
    .

    Video preview is previewing the video. It would depend on the program as to the exact definition used by that software.

    Video overlay is a function of your computer graphics card and it's ability and method to playback video.

    As I am not a tech, my detailed definitions of these may be a bit off, so we'll just leave it at this brief I gave above. Hopefully a tech will be along soon...
